Like most online publications, we accept paid display advertising, both directly and through third party ad networks like Amazon and Google AdSense. Since the majority of the ads are selected based on our content and to appeal to our demographics, some of our content may be from an affiliate or advertiser. At no time will a past or present advertising relationship affect the content, topics, or opinions in our editorial features.

Editorials and Sponsored Posts
Although used sparingly, Frolicious may include editorial content that is paid for by the advertisers, written by one of our editors or by the advertiser, and then edited by us. All sponsored posts that recommend a product, brand or site will be clearly marked as being a Sponsored Post and/or listed under Reviews.
Product Review and Gifting Policy
Thank you so kindly for considering Frolicious to review your item. We are more than happy to accept products for reviews from brands/designers and PR companies. In order to set clear expectations, please be advised of our review and gifting policy:
§ All reviews published on Frolicious are based on our personal experiences of the product. No content will be forwarded for pre-approval before publishing, nor will suggested content be accepted.
§ All items received for review will be disclosed on the blog as such. Items sent to Frolicious are considered gifts from the sender and will not be returned to sender at the cost of Frolicious.
§ Beauty samples are usually provided to us free of charge. Frolicious provides honest reviews based on review of products.Where Frolicious is paid to consult on the products a review will be written, however the opinions expressed will be those of Frolicious and not influenced by the sending company. This is so we can experience the product firsthand and share with our readers what the products looks, smells and feels like. This is very important to us, so we can provide an informative and useful review. If the product was sent to us to review, we will state this in the post. Frolicious will conduct or decline reviews at our sole discretion.
§ Receipt and /or acceptance of a (solicited or unsolicited) products, does not mean that we have entered into a contract. Acceptance of gifts does not entitle the sender to an an editorial review. Items accepted and considered for review are under the condition that Frolicious is not obliged to write about the item.
Simply put, Frolicious is a happy place and we like to stay positive. If we have less than favourable comments about your product we will talk with you first. This keeps us transparent both to you and our valued readers.
