Biotin was my first vitamin. It helps to stimulate the hair follicles promoting growth while also strengthening the cortex of the hair and inhibiting the enzymes that cause hair loss. In addition to this, Biotin is also beneficial in stabilizing blood sugar levels. All in all Biotin is great for hair, body and nails.
